Conversations Dashboard
The Conversations dashboard is a status briefing for AI usage across your organization. The Conversations page lets you inspect individual exchanges. This dashboard shows the trend-level picture instead: how much AI is being used, by which applications, and for what purposes.
Use it for weekly or monthly reviews, to prepare compliance reports, to watch for shifts in behavior after a policy change, and to set a baseline when you roll out new applications or guardrails.
Note: The Conversations dashboard is available when Analytics is enabled for your tenant. When it's available, opening Analytics takes you directly to this dashboard.
Charts
The dashboard has three charts that work together.
Prompts over time
A time-series chart of total prompt volume across your organization. Use it to spot growth trends, unusual spikes, and the effect of policy or access changes on overall AI activity.
Number of prompts by application
Prompt counts for each AI application. Use it to see which applications are used most, and to find any application with unexpectedly high use, which can be a signal to review your application governance and coverage.
Intention Explorer
The top intentions detected in user prompts, based on your organization's classified prompt data. Common examples include Programming, Business, Finance & Investing and Health & Wellness, along with others specific to your environment. Use it to find intentions your current policies don't cover, or to spot shifts in what employees use AI for.
Date range
The date range filter is inside the dashboard. The default is Previous 7 Days (UTC). Changing it updates all three charts.
Download and drill down
Each chart card has a download control for saving or sharing the chart. Where supported, you can also select a chart element to drill into the data behind it.
